The entries and Twitter hashtags are continuing to come in for The Bilerico Project's VIP NYC Pride Package contest, sponsored by MasterCard Worldwide.
Some awesome prizes are available - including the grand prize of 2 tickets to either Rapture or Pier Dance, a grand marshal spot riding in the parade in the backseat in a car sponsored by MasterCard, and a loaded $200 prepaid MasterCard.
All you have to do is comment on the original contest post with what Pride means to you, or you can tweet out your response using the hashtag #sharemypride.

Some fun news. I came across this fabulous painting of Sara Palin by a very talented artist named Zina Saunders. Zina's work appears in Mother Jones and a variety of other national publications. I asked Zina if I could use it here for a caption contest and she said sure. Not only that, but she gave the okay to use her paintings and animations on Bilerico in future contests.
For the next eight weeks we'll be running a caption this contest using her work. Zina has generously offered to donate a signed print of her work on archival watercolor paper. At the end of the eight weeks, an esteemed blue ribbon panel will select the best overall caption and award the print.
